“Great location, super convenient - so close to the beach! The 2 beach passes were a plus, as there is a charge for beach access in summer during prime hours, so free for 2 people with passes. We enjoyed our stay at towards end of July 2025!”

“Perfect spot to avoid the typical crowded NJ beaches. About as Private as you can get. We chose this location for this reason. We were able to surf fish all day away from people. It’s also within walking distance of 2 great restaurants and a short drive to another half dozen. Liquor store is 8 min away, quick check 5, and a food town about 10 min away. We also chose it so we could go play disc golf in the mornings just 20 min away in Long Branch. Owners are very friendly and easy to reach…...

“We had a great time staying at this well appointed home for our wedding weekend. Check in was easy with a code for the door, host was communicative about entry and house policy. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, the house is huge! Plenty of sheets towels etc. My fiancee and I stayed in the big room upstairs and enjoyed the river views. A friend, her husband, and infant stayed downstairs and were grateful for the pack and play and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was great - had everything...

The host was incredibly gracious and ensured all of our needs were met, including providing brand new toys and equipment for our 13 month old granddaughter! Our family had a wonderful time sharing meals in the spacious kitchen/dining area and enjoyed evenings by the fire table on the patio. The game room provided lots of fun for everyone! We would definitely stay here again!”
