“We are a social group of retired professionals and military personnel over 65 years old with personal needs. This house accommodates everyone's needs, featuring ensuite bathrooms and large bedroom TVs. Beds were very comfortable, couches were easy to sit and get up from, and 4 or 5 adults per sofa was comfortable. We are grown adults with a LITTLE weight on usand this house was so comfortable. “Would recommend but could improve on the following: - Wifi (It was extremely slow) - Property manager communication (There was a situation with various non-secure door handles. The handle that was completely off was on the door leading out to the pool and resulted in a guest cutting their hand.)”

“Great location, Great room, and Great views. We did have some roaches all in the downstairs kitchen. The cleaning crew could do a better job of cleaning the floors and the bathrooms. Also, feel you should offer some kind of cleaning wipes or spays for counters. We had to go by our own and clean everything before using it.”

“The house is big spacious and perfect location close to store Walmart and beach. The only upgrade needed is the washer is not working properly. Also the beds. Need to upgrade to better beds. And the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Pans are very old. Other than that we had a lot of fun it was great for a big family of 9 This is our 3rd year staying at this location. Thank you ”

“First off, Jenna is the best host ever and I have stayed in a lot of places. Unit was great. Clean. Beautifully decorated. Updated. Make sure you read the guide to get the Wi-Fi password. We are very familiar with the area having gone here for years so I didn’t read it due to lack of time. She was extremely quick with any question we had. The only improvement could be to have the Wi-Fi password posted somewhere in the unit. Not a big deal though. You will not regret booking here.”

“We had a great stay here! The condo was very clean and I loved the huge balcony and we could see the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped, however, there was not any pantry items like salt and pepper or olive oil. Not surprising but just something to be aware of. It was very quiet and we were able to spread out. Staying for the music festival and it could not have been more convenient to walk there and walk to other places. ”

“No major complaints. Used to come to this place as a kid so figured I'd revisit it now--it's still just as nice of a spot as it was then! The amenities are a little outdated but it's hard to beat the view and proximity to the ocean. Love this place”
