“The property is a little outdated & wasn't fully up to my standards as far as cleanliness and comfort would go, but the proximity to the beach (the listing says a block, but realistically it’s like half a block and maybe a 4-minute walk), property management communication & private pool, shared with the neighboring house on the lot if there are tenants there, made up for it. As a group of 5 women traveling for a bachelorette trip, it was important we stayed in a safe neighborhood and felt safe...

The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to get to and easy to get to the things we wanted to do! Owners were so responsive and helpful! Loved it, would definitely stay there again!”

“The property is wonderful and exactly as described. My husband and I traveled with my daughter, son in law and grandchildren ages 2 1/2 and almost 5. Although there was some construction while we were there, we were amazed that we could not hear anything inside the house! It was very well insulated! Quiet for when children needed to sleep! The cart provided is invaluable for walking to the beach. There is an entire box of sand toys for kids, so you don't really need to bring any. We went ahead...

“Great beach house! We stayed for 2 weeks and we had plenty of room for 9 adults and 4 children for the first week and 8 adults the second week. Easy walk to the beach. Bikes provided were nice to ride on the walking path! Several restaurants were within walking distance. Management was very responsive to a few minor issues we encountered. They were fixed immediately. We would definitely stay here again.”
