“We have stayed in several rentals, and this one was better furnished than any. It was very comfortable and clean. The host checked in to make sure everything was right, and it was. Beds were great, plenty of linens, and the kitchen was more than fully stocked. The only complaint I had was the bbq. It was a Coleman portable and needs to be replaced, although I made it work. I still give this place 5 stars and would give it 6 if possible.”

“We just spent 4 wonderful nights at the Luxury Guest Cottage in Thousand Oaks. The cottage is very private with it’s own entrance and a fabulous deck with a Jacuzzi overlooking the Valley. The guest house itself is very comfortable and modern. Beautiful kitchen that was fully stocked for all your needs. ”

“Carpinteria is just a special place. Paul’s tiny homes gave us a chance to experience it. Definitely read the description as there are quirks to this property. It’s two separate homes. The kitchen home has two lofts… one w/ a queen bed & one w/ a twin. The bedroom home has the bathroom. Those staying in the lofts need to go outside to get to the bathroom, but there is an exterior door directly into the bathroom. You’re on a farm, so there are animals including roosters nearby.
