“This is not our first stay in 803. There are the best views of the sunrise and sunsets! The condo has everything you need and very clean. Our host are the Best!! Loved the coffee bar this year. There was a water main break in Bonita Springs that affected us for a short amount of time but we had water before the evening was over. We enjoyed the pool and my husband loved the fishing in the bay. We visited Sanibel Island one day and a beach in Bonita Springs. Plenty of local restaurants and ice...

“Loved our stay! The beds were clean and soft. The laundry machines were so convenient and that balcony was super relaxing and easy to enjoy. The bathrooms were fully equipped and very nice! I loved the Kcup coffee machine and the kitchen island, plus their lighting! Super close to grocery, beaches, and Water Park! ”

“We had a great day at this lovely condo. The place was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with the basics needed for coffee and cooking. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The screened in porch was great for breakfast and the poos was very nice. pool. It is also an easy and short drive to the beach and to where our family live. My daughter loved how close we were to Royal Scoop. Will definitely consider booking again. ”
