It’s a very quick walk across the street to the beach on a secluded street. A quick walk to a great playground and very close to everything the Cape has to offer. This was our second stay and will absolutely not be our last! ”

“So many positives of this place: gorgeous view, plenty of space, easy access to beach—kids can play in sand footsteps away from deck. All four rooms upstairs have AC (saw a previous post saying only 3 but they most have updated since then). The two 1st floor bedrooms and basement room did not have AC and it was fine for the most part bc plenty of fans provided (however would’ve been hard if we had multiple hot days in a row).The only downside which could be easily addressed is as others have...
