“Two families teamed up at Eric’s house and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Bedrooms are comfy, two of which are huge. The common living spaces and laid out nicely and well equipped. Best of all, the pool (which we opted to heat) was tons of fun for the kids. As was the tennis court / bball hoops area. Plenty of towels!Close to beach, close to town. Great spot that also feels secluded in the woods. ”

“The house is advertised as having a “Pool with tennis and hot tub,” but not one of those facilities were available during our visit. Granted, the fine print states that the pool and tub are for the summer only (like who needs a hot tub in the summer?), but we specifically inquired about the tennis in advance and were told it was ready. Imagine the disappointment of my tennis-loving family when we discovered that the court was unplayable! The surface resembled a sand pit and was not at all...

“Ray and his team were so hospitable and took such good care of us. The house is super family friendly, and they fenced off the pool for us and had a high chair and lots of pool toys for our little one. The beds are so comfortable, the towels are luxurious, and the property is spotless. The construction is high quality and the open layout of the kitchen / living room area to the backyard makes it such an Inviting place to spend time away from home. Will be back again next year!”
