“We three over 65 year olds wanted a quiet New Year celebration near the seaside. The chalet was perfect for us. Beautiful views over Belhaven Bay, ideal location for dog walking and very handy for Dunbar town. The chalet was well equipped, beds were comfortable and warm and cosy. ”

“It was a lovely stay with the family. We had all the facilities like a washing machine, fridge, cooker with oven, microwave, iron, hair dryer. Our daughter loved the bunk bed. We enjoyed the breakfast outside the chalet. The Wi-Fi speed was good as well. We had good communication initially. However, suddenly the kitchen hood started not working after some time, and we reported that but had no response from them. Also, the towel rail in the bathroom was on all the time and was incredibly hot....

“We had four nights here over Feb half term with a 7 and 4 year old. We loved rockpooling, exploring the caves & the beach cafe all literally a few steps from our door. Also enjoyed a trip into Falmouth for swimming pool & maritime museum. The chalet is as described and Hayden was very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a great trip.”

“We enjoyed our stay - the property was clean and is well looked after. It is a traditional chalet in a private holiday park which has some good amenities - at an extra cost. We appreciated the help from the owner when we needed it and was helpful at answering our queries before our stay. “Absolutely beautiful place. Amenties in the lodges great, very clean, and so peaceful. Lots of greenery and close to main road ao great location for days out. HOWEVER I am deeply annoyed with VRBO after showing hot tub pictures on the listing for the lodge i was booking I naturally presumed it had one there and as it was not cheap we thought we would treat ourselves to a weekend away. “This tasteful and well appointed chalet with great facilities is very close to the seafront, which you reach through a nice back garden. Swimming here was great as the shelf is quite steep so you get a good amount of time either side of high tide. The place itself is a pleasure to stay in and we can't wait to come again.”
