“We arrived at this cozy lodge after a long day of driving and exploring and were welcomed by the property manager and found the spot to be perfect for our needs. “The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. Slept like a baby in the fresh smelling bedding. Our host was friendly and helpful when directions were needed and local places to visit. Just a warning the walls are thin and you can hear the people in the next cabin. However, this was never an issue for us.”

Quid de cet appareil avec compteur branché dans la cuisine dont nous n’avons pas obtenu la fonction auprès du propriétaire. Une caméra sur la terrasse.... Le point le plus gênant est l’enclavement du lieu qui nécessite de faire déjà 30’ de voiture sur une très belle mais très petite route avant de rejoindre un grand axe.”

Im Vorfeld gab es schon Probleme mit der Überweisung und nur dadurch haben wir eine Kontakttelefonnummer des Zwischenvermieters Hoseasons erhalten. Die Möglichkeiten zu Kommunikation mit Hoseasons sind sehr eingeschränkt und definitiv ausbaufähig. Zum Haus: Laut Beschreibung liegt das Haus im Wald und ist umgeben von vielen Tieren. Das stimmt. “Beautiful setting looking out on the sea and magnificent hills. Inside it was spacious and very well equipped. There were just two of us but it would be perfect for a family.”

“If you are looking for a slower paced experience, this is a lovely place to stay. The neighbors are friendly, and the tavern at the end of the road had wonderful food and good service. The village was peaceful and charming. It was easy to get to almost anywhere in Scotland with 3-5 hour drives. The road in to the village is quaint and you need to take your time getting in. Can’t wait to come back.”
