“Schönes Haus mit großen Räumen. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Von allen Räumen hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Obwohl es in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens liegt ist es doch abseits vom Trubel und die Flugzeuge stören nicht wirklich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.”

“Very clean, shower very pleasant, spacious. Sometimes the lights were flickering a lot when we used appliances. We apprecated the parking spot for the car. Kitchen is well equiped except for the coffee machine (we did not know what type of coffee to buy)”

“The house is as pictured. It felt like a fairly new home and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were so sweet and left what felt like a welcome tray of delicious treats (fruits, milk, eggs, bread and more). The infinity pool was beautiful. The only unexpected thing was being unable to flush toilet paper into the toilets. It seems like a common practice to throw tissue in the bin instead of the toilet in public places around the island. “In a word, fabulous. The villa is located in a very quiet area, the stay was in perfect peace (the occasional and distant dog barking is not disturbing at all and the neighbors' dogs are completely calm). It's almost a miracle that the villa is also a few minutes drive from the centre of Funchal, also a large supermarket with groceries, meat, fish and everything you need and also a great starting point for any trip.
