“This home is absolutely stunning! There were 8 of us girls there. With 6 bedrooms, we had plenty of space. The screen porch was a favorite of ours. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend this beautiful home. ”

“The property itself was fine, it was just a bit challenging when I got the dog rules after paying. They wanted the dogs off all furniture and the bed. It would have been nice to know the house rules before renting. Air was a bit stuffy, would have been great if there were screens in windows to leave open. Neighborhood was nice, quiet and a great big yard. Favorite part of the house was the screened in front porch, nice to have coffee in the am. Also master bed was very comfortable!”

“Was very close to the beach, pools were nice, cottage was very welcoming for our family time. Enough space for quiet times and also for games for all. Nice neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. Lovely place for a stay and would consider doing it again . ”

“It was convenient. The owner was always available. The air worked great. It is a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom with an outside private shower. It had plenty of towels and paper products. The couch was very comfortable and large for my family to watch tv together. It was a good price. It had a large deck with a grill. ”

The property is very clean, well priced, and we loved the big TV to watch football. The host was very kind and responsive. 100% recommended staying here if you are staying in St. Simon’s.”
