“This property is absolutely amazing and magical! There’s almost no way to fully describe just how beautiful the property is! The landscaping is beautifully done and provides the renter with tons of fruit trees and a totally tranquil living space. The house was clean and the perfect size for us. The bedrooms were cool but the other parts of the house were a little warm. There’s always a breeze, so we could have opened the windows to let in some fresh air. We spent 99% of our time outdoors anyway....

“Excellent communication from the hosts. Address was difficult to enter into my app but got there just fine. Gated apartments. Beautiful place with a large private rooftop terrace with views of ocean and El Yunque. Unfortunately for us, and completely no fault of the hosts, hurricanes Ernesto came through half way into our weeklong stay and left us without power, which also meant no AC or water. The hosts (who are amazing) got the generator going for us which kept the lights, ceiling fans, fridge...

“Overall, we felt that this house was a great choice for us. We really liked the property and its location. Easy access to the amenities of the Ritz Carlton Reserve. Having use of the golf cart was key. There was plenty of room, a nice layout of the house, and lots of usable space. The kitchen was nice sized and overall it was very comfortable. It was a little "dated." There were MANY issues, mostly related to malfunctioning appliances and toilets. More frustrating was a lack of responsiveness...

“Proper was nice, clean and roomy. Contacted the property mgr a couple of times with the first time on Sunday, on the key for the casuta door and was advised that someone would come out and no one did. We contacted again on Wednesday and still no one had showed up like we were told. And we checked out today which is Saturday. ”
