“By far the worst rental Ive ever booked. We booked for 11/6-11/12 during a trip to bury my aunt. I contacted the host to let her know that our flight would be landing at 3am Thurs morning. She asked if someone could pick up the keys. When we arrived after 4am, already exhausted, we get upstairs and the keys did not work. Mrs James was a wonderful host, she was on top of everything to make sure we were comfortable, the property is well kept and not to mention the complimentary breakfast during our stay was amazing!
