Martin's Point high end home. Este es un espacio único que incluye una hermosa vista de la bahía de Casco y fácil acceso a las actividades de la naturaleza y la ciudad.

Perfect little scenic getaway!
Everything about the stay, from the location and views, to the cleanliness, responsiveness, and ease of getting in and out was perfect! Would 100% book again, only gripe was the price for the winter, but you get what you pay for though! Place was prestine!

The owner responded to questions quickly. I met my family there for Thanksgiving. It is a beautiful place with wonderful sunrises! Parking was easy and the place was clean. The location is easy to get to. I would come again! Thank you.

Beautiful sunrises
Loved waking up to amazing sunrises over the water and sunset afterglow. Centrally located to so many gorgeous coastal Maine towns and villages to explore. Easy access to freeway and can get busy traffic during the day.

Wonder inside space!
This was one of the best VRBOs that we have stay in as far as cleanliness, and the wonderful way it was stocked. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of TP, paper towel, garbage bags etc. The host upstairs was very helpful, and easy to reach. The major draw back was the amount of heavy traffic in front of the property facing the bay. Plus this was the only nice area to sit out side. Otherwise it was great.

This VRBO was very pleasant, close to I-295 and the downtown area. There was plenty of room to spread out, kitchen was well equipped, laundry facility excellent. The views of the sunrise out the front porch were beautiful. We would stay again!!!

Perfect choice!
This was a great place to stay. It is so convenient as it is only a short drive to many locations & 6 minutes to downtown which we called an Uber to get there and took a bus (which the bus stop is also right out front of the house). Very comfortable place to come back to after spending a day out! Mat was very welcoming and helpful with any questions about the area? Definitely recommend if heading to Portland!

Attentive Host, nice property
We really enjoyed our stay at Matt’s home. It has many nice features. The space is extremely clean and he has done a nice job with the home. Matt is an extremely attentive owner and communicated with us throughout our stay. Any issue we had he responded immediately. Not as a negative but I would have liked to have known beforehand, Matt lives above the unit so I was very stressed about our noise as I did not want to disturb anyone. Not always easy when traveling with a small child and dogs. Second the house is on a very busy street which I did not expect from the listing. Overall I was happy with our stay and Matt’s patience with us. Keeping everything in mind it is a nice place to stay and has a wonderful host.

In town for jewelry class
This property was so convenient to all of Portland and the views were spectacular! The road out front is busy during rush hour traffic, but easy to cross and a great hike around martins point is a short walk away. Plus there is an amazing dog park within 2 miles of the house, all fenced with trails through the woods. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Maine stay
Mat the host was truly a super host. He was always available when needed and responded immediately. The house was very well stocked as opposed to other VRBO’s we have stayed at with one roll of toilet paper. We traveled with our dog and there is open land facing the water across the street. It was very convenient and dog friendly Downtown Portland is 10 minutes away and we always traveled by Uber because the cost of parking is often excessive. The convenience of being minutes to Portland without staying in the city with the dog was great

Clean and location was perfect for our stay.
Matt was a great host! It was wonderful that the weather turned out to be pretty perfect as well. We sat on the front deck and watched the July 4th fireworks across the water. The house had all the comforts of home. Thanks for sharing your place with us Matt!

Great stay in Portland!
Loved the location and the amenities. The only downside was that the street in front of the property can get a little busy; however, the view if the water was amazing. The interior is just as pictured and the host was responsive when. I reached out with questions.

Great Location and Host
We loved our stay here. The house is great and has everything that you need in the kitchen. Mat was responsive and communicated fully. The weather was really hot (90s) for a couple of days. Mat put in an air conditioner and fixed it to drain outside. The interstate is close and we were able to get around easily. If we are ever in Portland again, we will stay here.

Not worth the cost
The property was indeed on Casco Bay, but was not as private or with the amenities I would have expected for the price. The furniture was older, the cleanliness left quite a bit to be desired. When we had issues with the toilet backing up, we were told that the previous guests hadn't had a problem, and ultimately the host (who lives in the upstairs apartment) did nothing about it (too busy or away). It was not attractive to have a boarded up Airstream parked in the backyard and weeds growing around the property where there was supposed to be a deck for barbeque and such. Overall disappointing.

When it's all great!
Mother/daughter vacation 2024 After an unexpected airport delay, we were delighted at how easy this cozy gem was to find after midnight. We completely enjoyed our stay, and Mat was a fantastic host. There is a full display of local attractions and restaurants whichmade it easy to fill our days. This rental is in a great location for easy access to all we wanted to do. We enjoyed the evenings on the porch with the fire pit and the views of the harbor. We highly recommend staying here when you’re in the Portland area.

Wonderful!
I came to Portland for my graduation. My family and I made some pretty unforgettable memories! The property was wonderful, it was great to look out the window and be right in front of the Bay. Everything about the stay was wonderful!
