Maria was a great host and helped us get back items that were forgotten at the house. She was understanding and communicated quickly with us to get it resolved. “Kitchen, living room and dining room were spacious, but kitchen is missing some important utensils. We enjoyed the upper deck and screened in porch. There were nice walkways to an uncrowded beach. Only a short distance to the ferry and Cape Henlopen State Park.”

“Positives of visit were: 1) kitchen while disorganized had lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils 2) the linen package was great 3) TVs & wifi were good 4) the house was acceptably cleanNegatives: 1) we stayed in this house in 2019 and it was tired and worn out then and our for 2024 stay it was REALLY tired and worn out! It needs a complete decorating update! 2) The living room sectional is terrible, old and uncomfortable 3) the porch cushions for some odd reason were stored in the living...

“Our family stayed in the house for a short New Years trip. The location is perfect—short walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully done and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The owners were friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Nice place and location. The doorknob key pad gave us problems but the owner was responsive and helpful. One trash can had not been emptied when we arrived, which our dog discovered for us. If you plan on entertaining here, you want to bring kitchen items you need as they are lacking things like a proper cutting board, broiler pan, and platters. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay.”
