“We came for six day getaway. The house was very relaxing great ocean views. Two minute walk to the beach, chairs and umbrellas were supplied. Located at the end of the boardwalk, so an evening stroll on the boardwalk was a must. Was also dog friendly, which was very important to us . ”

“The place wasn't clean. It had dog hair and dust bunnies in the corner. The place wasn't left with one FULL toilet paper roll in each bathroom, and when I went to wash my hair, the conditioner was empty. As well, I had to go searching for a bar of soap. I called the property manager, and they had toilet paper delived - at 23h30 - 11:30 at night!!!”

“You cannot beat the location of this place! Unreal! Walking distance to everything! The space was amazing! The cutest outdoor area! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions! Very impressed and happy with it all and can’t wait to go back! And Dewey is just so amazing in itself 🩵⚓️🦀🌊🐚”

“A nice place to stay with everything we needed to cook an early Thanksgiving dinner for our family living from Felton. Grand kids loved the game room and the neighbors are friendly and quiet.The beach is really nice to walk off season and the full moon rising over the bay was beautiful Joseph made sure we had everything we needed and checked to make sure we were happy with the stay.”

“This was a quick trip to Delaware and Lisa’s place was great. Super cute and thoughtful touches throughout. She communicated well with me. Her place is spacious and offers privacy with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms with an additional half bath downstairs. ”

“We had 11 people for a family getaway and this property exceeded all expectations! In a quiet cul de sac, the house backs into a large creek and walking trail. Lots to explore, with a pool table, arcade games, a rooftop deck, and the amazing pool / hot tub room complete with slide and waterfall! Rooms had comfy beds, bathrooms were clean and updated.
