“Nos hicieron un upgrade sorpresa y fue muy agradable. Teníamos la Pool Villa con piscina propia. Muy cerca del coffee shop, muy tranquilo también. Quisimos quedarnos una noche mas y como no habían mas habitaciones, se las arreglaron para prepararnos una pieza improvisada y se mostraron preocupados de que no nos faltara nada. “we visited munnar from 09 to 11 oct 2013 and stayed at elysium garden. due to some new construction for extention . our room was upgraded from executive to deluxe . hotel staff is very coooperative and humble. room service and room cleanliness was excellent. i highly recommend this hotel to every one visiting munnar. i , myself , will definitely be stayying here , if i come to munnar again.”
