“We enjoyed the area and the views, however the house itself was not very clean and needed a lot of maintenance. Although it was set amongst the trees and we had expected a few leaves to fall down, it had obviously not been inspected before our stay. The outside deck had spectacular views but it was spoilt because the railings were covered in spider webs and the pergola area/roof was covered in leaves, sticks and in parts mould. “the property is in a great location and we enjoyed the convenience of the jetty and access to water taxis. The bench seat cushions were grubby and need either cleaning or an upholstery makeover. In addition, the hosts provide plenty of information- the number of warning notes about infringements and extra payments were however excessive and detract from relaxation, as this was made very clear prior to being accepted as guests. Unlikely to visit this property again. ”
