“Stayed at this property for convenience and thoroughly enjoyed my time here - lovely room and facilities at the Spa. I can't comment on meals as did not eat whilst there. The hotel is situated just off a busy dual carriageway so not great for me running whilst staying there and they only had Tesla recharge points so not good if you don't happen to have a Tesla!”

“Nice hotel 15 min walk from the university of surrey and 10 min walk from guilford downtown. Nice breakfast (additional charge) made fresh in the morning. Comfortable bed, good shower. Friendly, helpful reception”

“Mi experiencia ni fue muy buena. Contrate dos noches una de habitación superior y otra de una suite. En la habitación superior al ir a bañarme se salió la llave y no pude ducharme. Al día siguiente según lo contratado me cambiaron a una suite, pero al regresar por la tarde mis cosas las habían regresado a una habitación ni siquiera superior sino regular. El encargado no supo explicar la razón, encima la habitación tenía el toilette muy sucio, el caño no tenía mezcladora de agua, dos grifos uno...

“We had the most amazing relaxing stay. Our room was lovely with a view of the garden. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant one night of our stay, food was again really good however compared to some of the other handpicked hotels i felt the menu let the hotel down. It wasnt as 'fancy' as ashdown or buxted park but the food quality was still really good. I would defo visit again. ”

“I had a short staycation with my wife and son. Overall, the hotel was nothing short of amazing! We were very well catered for, free valet parking, amazing gluten free food choices - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was covered in fresh flowers which were amazing. This hotel caters extremely well for children, with its own child's pool and play facilities inside out. Would 100% stay again.”
