Great location and awesome amenities
The property was well maintained and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with a very relaxing atmosphere. Definitely would reserve this property again. The check in and check out process was very simple.

Great property for large group!
Very nice clean home great for a large group. Only issue we had was one of the pool loungers backrest is missing so you can fall back if it come lose. Very satisfied with the house!!!!

This home is beautifully appointed. More than ample space for our party of five. Beds are extremely comfortable. Greatly appreciated the top quality towels and bedding. Very peaceful neighborhood. Great setting to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing/exploring.

Some good, some questionable
House was very nice and was perfect size and location for our group. The master bedroom smelled like marijuana. Ceiling fans and lights in 2 bedrooms would turn on and off by themselves in the middle of the night. We were not sure if this was due to bad Nest programming or possible ghosts.

Top notch Experience
This property was everything as advertised plus more. We were a group of five mature women looking for a wonderful week in Scottsdale. The home was spacious and beautifully furnished. Location in Scottsdale was excellent for shopping, dining, golfing and sight seeing. Highly recommended.

Amazing spot in Scottsdale
This property was a fantastic stay!! Plenty of room for our group & the accommodations were extremely comfortable. Really enjoyed the back patio for everyone to hang out and socialize on. The neighborhood is also very peaceful!!

Quick getaway with friends
Everything at this property was above and beyond expectations. The amount of amenities left for guests in the kitchen and bathrooms really made my stay there. Check in was very easy, communications on everything were extremely clear. Everything was very clean and I had a great stay with my girlfriends that I will never forget.

Updated home in a quiet neighborhood
We loved this home, it was clean laid out well and the furnishings were beautiful. We enjoyed the spacious living and the beds were very comfortable. The master bedroom is very large and spacious. Our children enjoyed the extra television for gaming at the top of the stairs and putting green in the backyard. We had 3 families of 4 and we felt at home in this large home. The pool was smaller than we'd hoped for this large of a home and 12 people, but enjoyable nevertheless.

Overall the house was wonderful, it meet all expectations we had for our stay & would stay again
The renting of the property was easy and painless, the team meet all of my needs for this location. One this me and my party was accused of loud noise coming from our the house, we are Respectful and Mindful people, so to be sent a text saying we were too loud, when were not, took us back, we are people of color, and like I stated we are Respectful people, everyone that stayed in the house is 50+ years old. But overall the home was wonderful and would book the home again Respect

2021 Post Covid Summer Vacation
We have a group of ten adults and a couple of young teens and this house can easily accommodate a few more. The house is beautiful and spotless but more importantly it has enough tools and supplies you may expect the house should have specially at the kitchen where we considered a sacred ground coming from a family that loves to cook. We had a superb time here specially outside where we spent the most time at the pool. I have no complaints with this house but be warned that the neighbour will be asking you to turn down your music even when I don’t believe that we are loud at all. But overall I would definitely stay here again. Ps. Just a recommendation to possibly have an option for early check ins specially for out of towners when feasible.

Stay here!!!
This house was perfect for my birthday getaway!! It was a group of 6 ladies. We felt safe! This house was exactly like the pictures! It was pristine! Very clean! Very spacious! We were very centrally located to everything we wanted and needed. Rhw kitchen was very big and well stocked with shot glasses and wine glasses, which is pretty much all we used! We initially thought we would cook a meal instead we ate out every meal, so I'm not aware of how stocked pots and pans were. There was a Walmart about 2 mins up the road. Very convenient location! The only issue we had was when we arrived on Friday afternoon, there were two bags of garbage on the ground near the patio. I texted TurnKey and they were very prompt in getting back in contact with me and by Saturday morning someone had come and removed the garbage. Will definitely book again if I ever visit the Phoenix/Scottsdale area in the future.
