“This is a great cabin setting, and very comfortable place to stay. We had a father son golf group with around 12 of us. The dads stayed at the cabin. Everyone was there for a bbq and time around a campfire. Great time.”

“This was the perfect cozy cabin for our winter vacation. It is perfect if you love a private peaceful scene in the woods. About 30 minutes from towns. Very comfortable, and the Mary is incredibly responsive and helpful. We went to towns, ice fishing on the private lake, had ourselves a day catching so many perch, and relaxed by the fire inside. Highly recommend if you like the quietness of the woods and being outdoors as lots of trails and hikes to do as well!”

The property has multiple cozy seating areas including a large front porch, perfect for relaxing after a long day. House was clean, quite, and private -- just what we want when coming to the ADKs.Only 1 thing to note: the house was a bit dusty in spots, and the water took about 30 minutes to turn over. “The house was just the right size for our family - 6 adults and 1 child (aged 8). The property is very remote but if you plan your meals well, it works out just fine. Most of our time was spent on the upper deck lounging, in the water, or relaxing in the living /dining area with dinner in the garden. The hosts were very responsive and generous with answers to questions. A perfect week-long getaway. If there is any complaint it is that the mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms were too soft.”
