“This stay was amazing. These are cute little cabins. You can rent the whole thing or rent the one room or one bedroom. We took the whole cabin. The cabins are named for the states that were in the Civil War. We stayed in Indiana. Very comfortable and clean. The location was great, out of Gettysburg but close to Gettysburg and the battlefield. The restaurant was wonderful. We ate there one night and had take-out on another.”

“Marienville is a small town off the beaten path so I was delighted to know this motel even exists. I had one of the small rooms, 1 queen bed, non-smoking. I noticed (before I booked) that some people had complaints about smell, cleanliness, etc. Well, my room was perfectly clean and smelled fine. The bathroom was clean. The bedding and towels were clean. (Maybe a little worn.) Sure the room was small, but heck the place used to be a Microtel. I was there during deer season, and it rained for...
