“After booking and paying, I arrived at the property to find the gate locked. I called and Whatsapped the number written on the gate and was completely ignored. I ultimately gave up and slept on a friend’s floor. To date I have received no acknowledgement from the owner. I find this rude and highly discourteous, especially for a host in the hospitality space in a place like Dahab. Doesn’t surprise me that she has a reputation for mishandling guest relations in town.”
