The rooms were dirty, the food was basic and the entire place was run-down and unwelcoming (within minutes of my arrival the security guard was asking for money to look after my hire car that was parked on hotel property!). “The hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They listened and acted as per requests. The only downside was the food and people staying in the hotel. A lot of Russians, very noisy and loud but hotel staff acted on complaints put through by us.
