“Stayed here with 9 friends and felt like we had heaps of room. Garage/games room is lightly sound deadened which is good if you’re having a rather competitive game of pool. Only downside I found is that in the photos it looks like the bbq is on the balcony, but it’s actually by the front gate. Otherwise an excellent and well equipped property that we would happily hire again. Thanks guys ”

“We had a wonderful week with all the family down in Rye at this wonderful home. We had 2 teenagers and 8 adults. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. We loved the big dining table and enjoyed some meals sitting around having great food and wonderful chats. The outdoor area was the winner for the boys who loved both the pool especially the waterfall and the spa with the disco lights at night. We spent many an hour...

“We had an amazing time! Tim made our stay so welcoming, with his messges apon arrival to our checkout. He was an absolute gentleman. The place was huge, upstairs was amazing, balcony had amazing vibes. Kitchen and lounge room was really spacious. The backyard is on another level for space but also so many thing you can do outside.Tim also let our golden retreivers join us as well, they had a blast too. Definitely would love to visit again.
