“My parents are the regular customers here. We like the way the staff serve us, patiently, carefully and make us feel like home. The facilities is ok, variety and wifi is fast. The whole place is enjoying, like you are literally living in a resort. Especially the water park. It is so huge that it can contain lots of facility. Both for adult and kids. “cleanliness is okay. parking is adequate and safe. just a little sad, my room is booking for 3 people. there are 3 beds. but towels only get two. for extra towels increment rm6. a little sad. because of other hotels when booking. no extra charge, I paid for 3 people. 3 beds. there should be 3 towels. for the convenience of tourists. But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious.”

“First time staying in this hotel. Pleasant to have earlier check-in at 1.30pm. The room size is comfortable for two. The toiletries are complete; with two bath towels provided. There will be perfect if face towels are also provided. The accommodation included breakfasts and night time hot spring tickets for two. We had spent whole day at the Lost World Theme Park. We had good sleeps in the hotel room after that. However, the sporadic WIFI required improvement. It was a pleasant experience...
