“Beautiful hotel in an old restored house. 10 min walking from Komtar. Good wifi. It is important to know that bathrooms are outside the room. Every room has its own bathroom buy you have to walk outside the room to reach it. They tried to give me a room just beside the reception( 2 single beds)though I booked a queen bedroom.After waiting for 40 min and after several calls they decided to upgrade. Anyway that room shouldn't be offered.”

“ I came to Penang to register my daughter into USM. It’s a great choice. It’s near to USM around 15mins. Car can park inside hotel with gates for FREE. speedmart 100meter, waking distance for local food. Becareful they lock the gate at 12midnight for security .”

"El hotel requiere mantenimiento, como cambio de alfombras en los pasillos, pulido de los pisos y detalles similares. Deberían cambiar las puertas de los pasillos que van a las habitaciones, poner de vidrio para poder ver si viene alguien en sentido contrario. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares y una playa muy bonita, además de una excelente ubicación cerca del yacht club, de donde se toman los tours. También tiene tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Está a media hora del aeropuerto. Nos gustó mucho el área. Con un poco de cariño el hotel mejoraría mucho. Su personal fue muy amable y colaborador. Mención especial a la masajista del spa, la mejor que he probado! "
