Located just 15 minutes from downtown, it is the prefect spot to relax while staying close the citty buzz. We loved every moment, and if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay in Vancouver, Joanne’s B&B is a fantastic choice!”

“Super cute place to stay and in a very convenient location to all of the "to do's". I appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment. The weather was great and we had the windows a majority of the time while in. I grew up in coatal areas of southern California, so i was already aware of no a/c in places like this. The only draw back was the key pad access (initial use learning curve) and the upstairs tenants used the entire porch to smoke weed on and flick their ashes all over, without brushing...

“Beautiful place , enjoyed our stay. If I could make one suggestion it would be that they put in a a king size bed with a firmer mattress. That would level it up to 6 stars in my opinion. ”

“Beautiful view of Silva Bay. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious -- particularly enjoyed the Nespresso coffee, homemade granola and blueberry muffins, along with the yogurts and other breakfast items. When a power failure knocked out power to half the island, Dave and Melanie set up lights, fired up their generator in the morning, and kept us informed throughout the outage. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“The suite is exactly as advertised. Bill, the owner was personable and welcoming. He even brought us eggs from his hens. The beds are comfortable. If you have mobility issues, this place may provide some challenges as there is a rock path and stairs that need to be navigated. I highly recommend staying here and enjoying the Sunshine Coast ”

“We enjoyed our stay -- comfy bed with nice linens, very clean, elegant breakfast, and great location. Although it is not an isolated home (neighbors are close), once inside it feels very cozy and relaxing. Short walk to Capilano suspension bridge and short drive (5 mins) up to Grouse Mountain. We drove 10-15 mins into North Vancouver waterfront area for some nice dinners out. Enjoyed conversation with Brian, our host, at breakfast. ”
