“We first stayed at Bongani Mountain Lodge 15 years ago and returned when we saw it on special over new year. Not much has changed in 15 years. We had a nice time - the food was good and our ranger and tracker were pleasant and informative. I would not rate this lodge as luxury. “This property was in a very quiet and rural place, which is exactly what we wanted, to be near wildlife and nature. The housecwas very clean and had everything one needed to make the stay comfortable. Chantal the owner kept great communication with me and even got us discounts at various excursions! The housekeeper Ingrid was very welcoming and came to meet us even though we got late arriving! Will recommend to everyone and will hopefully be going back again. ”

“We had a major problem in our room and that ants spiders and mosquitoes were in the room. The main door is not sealed property, allowing for these insects to enter. Staff could not find a solution for this problem.”
