“Terrible property. They charged me at the hotel but refused to respond to Expedia. I asked for water, and I saw them filling the bottles with tap water using an old, dirty container. Absolutely disgusting experience. The location is very far from everything, and it’s extremely noisy. The workers are constantly watching you. They also overcharged me for a few snacks I purchased. “My and my family stayed at Kruger Kumba for 2 nights in early Jan , needless to say it was quite hot - 37 degrees . The property over all is good but there were some issues which i would specify : 1) There is only one air conditioner in the lounge which is not sufficient for the rooms on a hot day ( even after keeping all windows and doors closed) 2) The Braai equipment was not cleaned and gave an ick , Requesting the owner to address this kindly 3) There were no basic toiletries provided...
