“Lake nice. Rooms like any Ibis but too expensive. Small swimming pool we didn't use it. And paying extra for amenities and Internet it's just a terrible idea. Why don't they just ad 15 pounds to the price of the room and don't act like a low cost airline. The resort is not low cost. Brilliant lake view from the Lodge. Ugly restaurant and bar. The machines doesn't work they keep your money and lady in reception couldn't help. It's not a 4 stars hotel! ITS NOT LAKE...

“The property and location were exactly like they were on the booking site. The room and facilities were excellent and communication was fast and so willing to help. Cleanliness of the room was absolutely outstanding. So many extras included. ”

“What can i say, everything was perfect. Upon entering the building using the very clear instructions and getting our key, to entering the room. Room 2 Coniston. It was absolutely spotless, very spacious with a nice homely feel to it. Kitchen area was really good, all the appliances and accessories we needed. Very comfy & large bed. Dog friendly room with a dog bed, bowl, treats and towel. Booked again for November Perfect location, you really are at the centre of the town. ”

“Had a wonderful weekend away and this little gem is in the heart of the centre which is great. Very compact&quite small but very cute. Parked car opposite on paid carpark. Decor is beautiful,bit dark for applying make-up ladies and had trouble 1st day with no hot water but within 10mins it was sorted so all good. ”

“Lovely stay in The Ruskin room Good shower Fluffy towels Tea and coffee and cute bottle milk Just missing a few biscuits( cheeky) Single paned shash windows bit noisy/ cold in the bathroom/ bay window .Lovely scenery 4pm bit late for checking in and would like a 11am check out would be beneficial. “I received a call 24 hours before our arrival (on New Years Eve),telling me the booking cancelled due to 'gas issues' in the apartment. I was told they would arrange for Expedia to search for alternative accomodation. I was ,however,scepital about this and proceeded to try and find accomodation myself,without success at such short notice.
