“The ADU was clean and smartly decorated. It’s on a little farmette with gorgeous flowers, abundant blackberries, apple trees, bunnies and a hungry deer that came by every morning to nosh on the berries and apples. The yard has a view of the water and ferries as they cross.You may be able to walk to a few local businesses. I didn’t, but it also didn't seem too far….”

“Soon as I walked through the front door, I knew I'd be back! This is a magical place: clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. Communication with host was excellent, and the view and beach were absolutely magical!”

“Great ocean views and cozy cottage. Hosts were extremely gracious and attentive. Did not have to worry about running out and getting supplies after a long plane ride. The place was well stocked.We would recomend the stay.”

“Very private and quiet retreat that offered stunning views. Although it was a weekend away as a couples retreat, this home has a lot to offer families. The basement is designed with entertainment in mind (simulator golf, pool table, theater room). The hot tub temperature was perfect and the landscape provided a sanctuary for bird watching. “What a find!! Ed's cottage is wonderful, the cottage itself is cozy and cute and the property has lovely views and beach access. Ed was very welcoming and kind and even included the tide schedule for our stay as well as local recommendations. Add in the close proximity to Port Townsend and the cottage had a full kitchen, it was absolutely wonderful. I'll be back, that's a guarantee. ”

“This is the perfect beach retreat. The Sound is steps away, and the atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed walking the shore, collecting shells, watching the boats and ships pass by, and enjoying the host's gorgeous gardens. The guest house is simple and easy, with everything you'll need. Not far away are quaint little towns like Port Gamble and Poulsbo. Highly recommended, and we hope to return one day!”
