“Had a fabulous weekend at this beach cottage. Great location, extremely close to the water, coffee shop, ice cream shop, lobster rolls, boardwalk along the water and of course the beach! Milford is a hidden gem for summer vacation and I will definitely go back and stay in this beach home!!”

“Great home, great location! Very clean and was perfect for a large family. Host was responsive. Need to fix child door locks on sliders if you're going with children, the tide gets high on the wall.”

“This is a quaint property located off the main road going through town but you would never know it. It is quiet and tranquil. Property is clean and well maintained. The owner has provided many amenities, my husband appreciated the well stocked coffee"nook." We walked everywhere and it was fun to explore the waterfront. A quick drive to Sagamore Hill and Oyster Bay. We enjoyed our stay. Owner was very responsive to my questions.”

The home was cozy and the area quiet, letting us have a nice relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. “Stayed at Coastal Retreat for a weekend visit with son who attends Fairfield University, brought both sets of parents and teen daughter (ages ranging 73-16), plenty of room and able to enjoy a wonderful family dinner with son even in attendance. Wonderful area, close walk to beach and easy to get to downtown Fairfield and university. Very clean and welcoming! Greg was wonderful to work with and answered any question we had that came up both prior and upon arrival. The only thing we would mention...

“Ended up staying here with 10 friends for a wedding located in Westport. It was well taken care of, spacious for our group and easy to get to where we needed to be for wedding festivities.”

“So the house is advertised as 4 bedroom but one of the rooms is an attic room with a trundle bed we didn’t really find suitable for any of our guests during the stay. Minimal furniture and some ant problems in the kitchen The in and out of the house was super nice plus the bathroom situation was great. Did the job sorta for what we needed (someone had to bring an air mattress though) but wouldn’t stay again”
