“We enjoyed our brief stay at this home in Weems with fire pit and access to water. The house had all the necessities. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, though the geese tried to stake their claim on the dock. 😂 At one point, a group of 7 deer came sauntering through the back yard - fun to watch. We enjoyed a lovely fire one night as we watched the Hunter moon rise. ”

“The property is very secluded, You feel like the world is behind you. It is peaceful and quiet, The sound of nature will be the only symphony you’ll hear. I love the private beach area. We fished and caught some crab on the boat deck. The house is a bit old but that is where the charm is. There was some bug in the house but that was expected. Overall we had great time. ”

We loved the quite of the country, but not really in country! and close to the marina we were heading for the next day. Reelin' and Relaxin' is very fitting name for the house and the area. Our only concern was house is not on a heavy traffic road, but cars zipped by quite fast for a dead end road.”

“I was in town for a couple nights as I was attending a meeting. I found the place to be cozy and convenient. It's just about a block away from a coffee house. I appreciated the character of the home and the design of the interior, which contributed to me feeling comfortable in the space. ”

“We wanted a family vacation and looked for a place on Chesapeake Bay. My son and daughter found this place and we reserved it. The house is beautiful. Has everything one would want. The location is great although it’s a bit of a drive to anywhere. Our plan was to spend most of the time at the house and in the bay. However that didn’t happen. First the weather didn’t cooperate as it rained most of the week. In addition there was an invasion of jellyfish. They were terrible! My grandchildren were...

“Beautiful home with a great blend of modern and rustic! Amazing spot to see sunrises and sunsets too. We enjoyed the porch, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable family room. ”

“We had a great long weekend at Little Bay Waterfront Retreat! The location of this property is awesome. We loved relaxing on the beach which is so close to the house. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It had everything we needed. It was also close to restaurants and shopping. We’ll definitely visit and stay here again. ”

“The owner really thought of Everything… anytime I had thought I forgot something I was able to easily find it in the house. The home was very tidy and beautifully decorated and laid out. Everything in the kitchen is clearly labeled making cooking in a different kitchen a breeze. We really enjoyed our time by the water. We made some great memories on this trip. If staying at this house with children of any age I strongly suggest going to compass entertainment which is 6 min from this house. ”

“I rented this for my daughter and her family, after visiting her there my husband and I would love to go back so we can stay there! Too cute for words and very conveniently located.”

“Great spot for a small family gathering. We have local family in Burlington, so this place was about 20 mins from them. We were able to host dinner and s’mores one night with the family. It’s always a little tricky because my mother uses a wheelchair. Since there were facilities I the ground floor, this provided a space for all to enjoy without utilizing stairs. I’m sure we’ll be back, we had a great time! Maybe next time we’ll actually get to fish. ”
