“Our stay was wonderful! The home was very clean, well laid out, and well stocked. Downstairs is game room. It is climate controlled, so it was warm. The theater room was awesome. The bathroom downstairs meant kids weren't going up and down the stairs to use a bathroom if they were watching movies or playing games. Over a month before my stay, I requested to add a day to my booking. It took two tries to get a response, then the response was nonsensical, but they did say they would add the day. They did not.
