“Stay was great, House was in great condition, but an email to the host prior to our stay was not answered. Kitchen could use a bit of attention for people who enjoy cooking while a vacation, I don’t expect chef quality, but this kitchen had very low end cooking accessories, and no non-stick pan to cook eggs ”

“The picture window out onto the river never got old! It was also a prime location with a quick walk to downtown. ”

“The host Bill was great. He responded to my questions super quick. The cottage was perfect for my husband and our small dog. It was clean and stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The king size bed was so comfortable. The yard is fenced so it was perfect for our dog . The cottage is located right next to the river, so we enjoyed taking our dog down there in the morings and evenings for a walk. Definitely a place we would love to stay at again when we are back in town visiting our...

“The view was for sure the best part of this cute little room. But the beds were so uncomfortable (why not a king bed)?! The seating was also uncomfortable. Just a few updates and it is spot on! Check in was a breeze! We showed up about 20 min early for check in. After driving through a blizzard( mini blizzard) the very nice girl at check in was so nice and and was a delight! It really is beautiful just a few updates.”

“My daughter and I enjoyed the house and thought it was very comfortable and clean! The only feedback I would say is to add a table lamp in family room because the ceiling lights could be pretty bright (unless I missed a dimmer option). And not sure if this is something typically provided, but we neglected to buy sugar for coffee and we assumed there would be some at the house. Loved the binder with info about the area and places to eat and shop as well as accessing that info online. Thanks!”

“We didn’t want to leave this sweet, comfortable, clean cottage! It was marvelous to leave the car at home and walk to the river front and so many delightful eateries. Don was a wonderful host who anticipated all our needs. The garden was divine with a stunning paper bark birch tree and a family of 4 deer outside the kitchen table window. This cottage was very well planned (outlets just where you need them) and well equipped (nice kitchenware!). We hope to return soon.”

“Our experience could not have been better. The house was located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood a mere five-minute walk from the First Street Rapids Park on the Deschutes River. The house was fully equipped with supplies and we did not lack for anything, particularly in the kitchen, which had every kitchen tool one could ever require. “We loved the convenient location respective the amphitheater. We were able to walk to the concert and stop at one of favorite breweries along the way. The property was very quiet, peaceful, clean, and cozy. The bed is very comfy and the river view was lovely to wake up to. I would highly recommend this property !”

“It was a quaint little West Side home. Everything we needed was there. Loved the bathroom floor after walking in from the hot tub to rinse off!!! Cozy front room and propane fire place. The keypad for the front door is the only thing left to be desired. it proved to be touchy and difficult to get in taking two tries even at check in. With out a backup hardcopy key, and not adequate lighting we did manage to get ourselves completely locked out late in the evening after a company dinner....
