“Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered. Next day we talked with the front desk to get our money back because I didn’t stay there he kept saying that the room they gave me it was under someone else’s name reservation. I’m still waiting for my money back! ”

“Amazing stay. Loved the old newspapers on the wall. Basement was excellent for watching movies. Beds were nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.”

“We enjoyed our time in Cincy staying in the OTR neighborhood. This property is a well done renovation/conversion of an historic building (OTR is full of them!). The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do...we walked or took the free connector trolley everywhere we went. As others have pointed out it, it could be hit or miss on the upstairs neighbors and how quiet (or not) they can be. Out of the 3 of us, only one was bothered by them on one night...the other 2 slept right...

“The place itself was just as the pictures. Nice and clean comfortable customer service is wonderful. The only thing I would caution is that parking for no. 2 is in the parking area but to get to the entrance there is a sidewalk that goes down a hill and for those who are not steady on their feet there is no railing to hang on to. So maybe you might want to take that into consideration. ”

“We loved our stay here, it's amongst the more interesting and unique neighborhoods in which we've stayed. The historical markers around the block are informative, and the property itself was perfect for my wife, our dog and I. Very conveniently located with regards to the highway, OTR, and UC, we can’t wait to go back for more Cincinnati fun!”
