From the kids playing board games, puzzles, running around the pond, playing football, watching the sheep, playing with the dogs and chickens. And fishing for the first time. “OFF THE GRID. 1 mile driveway leads to your own personal mountain cottage right next to a beautiful creek with three waterfalls house is well appointed even some extra kitchen items that were super helpful during our stay. Driving back out to the grocery store is a solid 45 minutes thank you so much for the coffee filters, salt and pepper, extra seasonings, no dishwasher, except for yours truly, but all other kitchen appliances provided were amazing. Bidets in both bathrooms should be mentioned...

“A friend told us to visit Roaring River and we were not disappointed. The room was great, the restaurant was great and the wine was great!! If you like dessert, you must try the wine milkshake (I was hesitant but it was delicious), and the funnel cake fries. Both were excellent!! We will be returning!! ”

“The home is beautiful, clean with many supplies. The deck is massive , wrapped around the home. We really enjoyed staying there during MerleFest for 4 days. The communication was excellent and the host did not disappoint our very enjoyable stay. The home is a definite 10. Thank you ”
