“We really enjoyed the unit and our time in Rapid City. A couple of suggestions: (i) A toaster would be nice. A rental option such as the Sojourn appears to comtemplate affording users the option to eat breakfast “in” and a toaster would enhance the experience. (ii) Appreciated the AC in the living room / kitchen but man is it loud! Despite approaching 100 degrees F outside, sleeping was comfortable. (Iiii) Sofa ia a quite saggy. “Cabin was perfect for our family (including our dog) when visiting Mt. Rushmore. It was clean and cozy and came well equipped. The owners, who live on the property, are very friendly. It’s worth noting they do want your dog crated when you’re not there, so we just took our dog with us on outings. ”

“GREAT location to *RUSH- LESS * very close to Mt. Rushmore and Custer State park - right down the hill (a block) was Big Thunder Gold Mine and Haleys General Store ..staying in historic area where Carrie Ingalls taught school and being my neice who came along lives in Walnut Grove where the Ingalls called home along plum creek it was extea neat. I could go on and on about all the things to see and do.. The property was excellent ..there was six of us but 12 could stay comfortably with the pull...

“This location was perfect for the roundup, Mt.Rushmore, etc. The drive over the hills from McDonald’s ranch to Keystone was stunning. The location is quiet and best stars ever. I highly recommend this VRBO.”

“Last minute trip to visit family. The HayCamp Loft was as described and comfortable. Great location so we didn’t have to spend extra time in the car. If the weather had been better we would have loved using the “deck.” Communication was easy and prompt. Thank you for accommodating our late travel plans. Definitely would recommend and hopefully will be returning.”
