“Clean and updated home. Neighborhood is older but clean. Air conditioner was a little loud but we were thankful for having AC as it was hot while we were in town! Great communication with owner. Lovely overall stay.”

“Every need was met before we even arrived at this home. It is great for 2 couples as there is 2 beds and a bath upstairs and 1 bed and bath downstairs. Beautifully decorated and everything we could have needed was supplied. Communication was great as well. The location is great for everything South Dakota has to offer. If Vrbo offered the option for a 10, I would definitely rate them a 10. ”

“Very good house, best we have stayed in yet. Most places in Rapid City were 20 minutes or less away. Good neighborhood. Many good eateries less than 20 away. ”

“Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful views, beautiful home, we had so much room we didn’t know what to do with it all. Communication was easy and owner replied so fast it was not only refreshing it was surprising. We will be inquiring and hopefully reserving it again if it’s available next year. ”

“Easy check in/check out process.Super fast communication.Very nice to have garage to keep out of the storm weather.Very clean and quiet neighborhood.Home well stocked and maintained.Master bed was little stiff for us however the 2nd bedroom was very plush and super comfortable.Excellent supply of linen and pillows.The only thing that would make it better would be television in the bedrooms.We look forward to futures stays with Jay and Ruth.”

“We came into town for the Sturgis Rally and were really satisfied with the bungalow. It was the perfect size for 3 grown men. It was in a nice quiet neighbor with easy access to restaurants, gas, and grocery stores. It was a place we would have been happy to stay in at anytime even with our wives and girlfriends. Really clean and neat place to stay with everything needed for a good time. Would definitely stay there again.”

“We had a nice stay at this house during the Sturgis Rally, they were plenty of room for our trailer and motorcycles. It was comfortable and close to downtown Hill City. Hearing the 1880 train blow its horn was delightful. The house was very clean and fully stocked. The view from the deck and windows were serene and beautiful, the buck, dear & 2 fawns were a bonus.
