“The cleanliness, location, and responsiveness of the property manager were great. The location is close to the local general store/market, and the beach. The kitchen amenities allowed us to cook meals and spend more time exploring the island and at the beach. We would stay at this location again if we plan a trip back to the area.”

“We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at the Studio! While the rain kept us off the beach, the Studio was truly a comfortable place to read and rest. “We loved staying in North Pond with all it's beauty from the sound to the peaceful marshes. Close to town and my children stayed in the house around the corner. We didn't end up bringing the dog, but I appreciated having the freedom to do so if we needed to bring him. Nice clean updated house. Worked very well for the 2 of us. I do love to stay in and cook, so I noticed a few needed item. We couldn't find a cutting board and maybe an oyster shucking knife. otherwise being right on the water with...
