“The property was lovely and spacious. The views are truly exceptional, both of mountains and sea. Our host was extremely friendly and gave us plenty of useful information. “Except for the steep driveway everything about the property, the views, the interiors, the amenities and the neighborhood were stunning. The tread mill in the garage is an indication that everything was over the top. We have been everywhere and this is a seven star property on a five star scale.”

“Loved our stay in South Bay! The house was perfect for our family of 5. Nice and quiet, and a stunning view from upstairs. Great view of the bay from up the hill behind the house. Plenty of heating to keep us warm in a cold Kaikoura southerly, and there were even some hottie bottles to warm up our beds. Good kitchen with everything we needed, and very good washing machine and dryer. Only 5mins drive or a 30min walk to the town centre. 5 min walk to the south end of the Kaikoura peninsula...
