“This cottage was absolutely amazing! Location was everything. You are on a dead end street and just a few steps to the beach. This side of the beach isn’t crowded and is dog friendly. If you have kids, the rental gives you access to a pool and tennis courts right across the street. The cottage has a great seating area in the back with a hot tub and grill. If you are looking to walk around downtown Dunedin, the location is excellent. It’s in a quiet side street but easy walking distance to downtown including a nice cut through to Dunedin brewery and other locations nearby. Would definitely stay there”
