“Very clean, modern and cozy. The appliances, TV, linens, towels, bedding were in great condition. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, walkable to tourist sites and the Hundred Block area (some steep hills). There are steepish stairs to enter the property and to use the washer /dryer in the basement. The property manager was excellent, very responsive. I would definitely return. ”

“First impression was nice big open area for a family gathering. 2 dining tables were nice to have. We blew a fuse in kitchen and owner came quickly to remedy the situation. There is a long driveway so was able to accomodate several vehicles, plus street parking. Kitchen island was a nice plus and a great place to seeve food from. I asked for a baby crib ahead of time and the owner made that happen which I much appreciated. There were a few things that needed attention but I mentioned to owner...

“The pool was better than I expected. It was great to have a nice large area that’s about 3.5 feet deep but also the deeper end with a diving board. We had wonderful weather and the pool plus backyard views and sunset were amazing! The house overall is very comfortable and accommodates lots for sleeping. There really are only 3 primary bedrooms, but 6 queen or king size beds. Plus all the additional mattresses for single bed/cots. The living rooms both up chairs and in the basement are great...
