We were in town for two concerts at CHI Health Center and this apartment was only about a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk away. “Hello - My family and I came to stay for a long weekend from out of state. We were able to get to Werner Park, Omaha Zoo, Funplex & the Luminarium in less than 15-20 minutes. The space was plenty for us and had all the essentials you could ask for. We ran into a WIFI issue that we were helped with right away. The only downfall is the street noise especially at night - I am a light sleeper and found it difficult to personally fall/stay asleep even with ambient noise/headphones. The kids and...

“The inside of the place was nice and perfect for my stay, it’s only 10 minutes or so from downtown but the neighborhood needs work and it was dirty with garbage cans overflowing all over. Wished the patio was opened and cleaned to use. Communication with host was great! Thank you ”

“Super cute apartment over by the UNO arena and Aksarben Village area. Everything you need is right in the apartment (no washer/dryer but there are places near by!). Parking is first come, first serve but I never struggled to find a spot the entire week I was there. The neighbors were quiet and the complex has a great location with lots to do nearby. ”

“Neighbors and neighborhood was not suitable for kids, especially very smoky and suspect neighbors. A/C unit gave us some trouble and had to sleep everyone in the same room. You can tell the owners worked really hard to make this a suitable VRBO, unfortunately the context of neighbors made this difficult for us.”
