“Overall we had a great time. Walking distance to Walmart and other amenities. House smelled a bit stuffy when we arrived. Games room had only a couple working games the rest were broken. But we had a good time. Loved having two fridges and two dishwashers that really came in handy. The rugs could use a wash in all the bed rooms but other than that the house was pretty great.”

“Excellent property . Really clean and lots of space. Really close to Disney and plenty of restaurants a short drive away. My only complaint is the communication for check in. I got message and phone call 30 mins before check in saying if I don't fill out check in form my booking would be cancelled. This really wasn't ideal as I was driving. After I did it I received so many text and emails to help with my stay. I was getting them from several different numbers. Then 3 hrs after checking out. 4...

“This is a great home for families. The home is spacious and the clubhouse great. The only negative would be it needs new carpet and mattresses and mattress covers. Also providing a bit more toilet paper would be nice and kitchen hand towels. Just small things. Overall really wonderful.”

“We stayed here while doing Universal Studios for several days. The house was clean with plenty of room for the two families that stayed here (with kids ages 8, 10, 11, and 12). The resort pool and activity area was a hit for our two "down" days away from Universal. The property manager was an excellent communicator who got back to us quickly whenever we had questions.”

“Many of the features advertised were at an additional cost, hot tub heated was an additional 100 dollars, use of the grilles an additional cost. Once you arrive you have to pay an additional fee to get a card to enter and leave property that was not mentioned in the description. TVs outdated with no smart TVs there. Little privacy at the pool with no fence. No paper towels when we arrived.”
