“Wonderful property. The home is thoughtfully furnished for a family getaway. Kitchen is nicely stocked beyond the normal pots and pans, there was a highchair for the baby, dish soaps, spices for cooking, coffee filters, most anything you would need. An abundance of games in the home to keep the family entertained. The beach club was an absolute dream, it was beautiful and we frequently had it to ourselves. Hosts were attentive if you had any questions, and there were nice touches like...

“The house is great and exactly as described. The deck was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the view. The only downside was that unfortunately there was some miscommunication with the host/housekeeping - I requested early check in and confirmed it multiple times, but when I arrived the house had not been cleaned/beds changed. The host apologized and had someone there in about 30 minutes but then it took a couple hours for the house to be ready. Once it was ready it was in perfect...

“It took us a while to figure out where to park. We were never given a map and the parking is across the street in a gravel lot with no lighting. The door was locked and there was a lockbox on the door which we were never given the code to. Once inside, the large ceiling fan was on High and there is no switch or chain, only a remote and it was dead. Vacasa had no advice. My wife and I hate sleeping under a ceiling fan… but, whatever. No one from management ever contacted us. We got our own...

“We stayed here for 4 nights with family and my son's college roommates celebrating his 21st birthday & a bit of R&R before FINALS. The home was very nice and spacious. We were able to grill & cook in the home. The "kids" went to explore a few trails. Unfortunately the temperature dropped & it rained a great deal so we were not able to head to the water as planned. I would recommend the host & their home! We are hoping to return upon next semesters "drop off"”

“We enjoyed staying in the Bergstrom! Such a cute little house in a nice, peaceful neighborhood. We weren’t at the place much, but whenever we were, we had a great time. Our only issue was that the toilet wouldn’t flush sometimes, but we figured something out with that. We would definitely stay again! ”

“We were 2 minutes away from my in-laws and really pleased with the location. Texas is beautiful but 10 days is not enough. At least we had quality time with the family. ”

“Only problem we had is that it was listed as a 2 bedroom when it was only a 1 bedroom. We called the resort and they accommodated us with another room at no cost. They were very helpful and apologized”
