“We liked it very much with the following exceptions. Deck needs a good power wash and need a blower available to clean daily. Way to difficult for a broom. The living room couch is awful as is the television, Both need to be replaced. Other than that it was very clean and well kept. We liked it very much and would rent again. ”

“Property was great. Location was perfect. It rained the whole time but we still had fun. My kids loved the puzzles and walking to the beach in the rain. My mom has been coming to this neighborhood for 70 years, and was very happy with the rental. ”

“Not happy with renting through VRBO or Vacasa- so confused- kept getting alerts from both. 2 problems- Didn’t know the pricing fluctuated (never rented through them before) so it was beyond insulting to get offers from them to rent at a later day and see that the average price was less than 1/2 of what I ended up paying (off season). The other problem for me was that I could never directly speak to the owners via text or email to ask specific questions and these apps use chat bots to answer...

“Horrible: We rented this house for 3nights/4 days but left after the first night due to the bad air quality. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING, and the thermostat does not work. It was over 91° with extreme humidity. Our family had to SLEEP IN THE BASEMENT to keep cool & breathe. Only 2 window fans, and box fan provided. The WiFi never worked, so we used up all our data. The TV never worked because it ran off of WiFi (streaming only). Now, with fees, we’ve paid over $800 for one night in the...
