“Our room was large and clean, however lacked basic facilities one would expect even in a 3 star establishment such as no fridge (room across the hall had one), no USB ports, no iron or hairdrier no hotel director of services. The walls were paper thin and overhearing other guests and hotel staff conversations at all hours was unwelcomed. “Wonderful stay! The hotel is very nice (even elegant in places). The room was very comfortable, the gym was decent and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. More than anything, the support of your staff (particularly Ash and Mark) made the trip. They were extremely helpful in helping with transportation needs. Wonderful people!”
