“Stayed before and enjoyed the 1st time”

“Our first time to stay in this hotel and our expectations were not met. Hotel was quiet despite the season, safe and tranquil. Customer service was average. Checking in was slow but efficient, checking out was a hassle (took 30 minutes to do so at 5:30am). Imagine entering your hotel room with a random person’s phone charging by the bathroom (finding out later that it’s the room cleaner’s, no apologies given). They even forgot to provide us free drinking water which they tried to charge us upon...

“Second time to stay. We love that the hotel is pet friendly. Need a little bit improvement with the internet provider. Some rooms have internet tv while some just have a basic cable that only have less than 5 channels. But great facility and staff. Will be back again. ”

Alvin was such a great host and Opalie was very helpful in getting us to our unti.The rooms were super clean and very well decorated with great amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of that you need. I will highly recommend this place.”

“This is what I would describe as an efficiency hotel. That being said the staff is friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. Facilities were clean and very close to the mall and many restaurants. You absolutely cannot beat the price for the area. At times it was a little loud with the traffic near the mall but I would absolutely stay here again. For any amenities missing the staff and on site restaurant make up for it. ”

Pillows are great and mattress felt good. Staff is friendly and excellent service. Plan to stay again to this Hotel in the future. ”
